Over Sleeping

If I only had a rooster!

Last night I completely forgot to set my alarm clock on my Iphone, thus causing me to miss my shoulders and arms workout this morning. :-/
Missing a workout can be a common mistake that can disrupt your workout routine.
If you miss a workout, SO WHAT don't let it destroy your motivation, tomorrow is a new day.
I am going to try and make up the workout tonight! Will See!
