Sam's Birthday Day

No workout's on Sam's 5th birthday, but we did ride four-wheelers.

My little Sam, well.... he is not so little anymore, and he sure was ready for his first soccer practice today!
One day we will do the tough mudder together!

Running update.

My Big Dogs feel great. It really is fun to run in a new pair of shoes. I have put 6 miles on mine so far and I'm looking forward to putting many more on them.
 I can't help but think of adage "if can't run with the big dogs keep your puppy #@$ on the porch".
